HOW MUCH FOOD IS IN AN ORDER?
Depending on your appetite, a typical order should feed you for 4-5 full days. If you are supplementing meals with extra protein, greens, or grains, your order will stretch farther. A typical order will look something like this before any add ons:

DO I HAVE TO PREPARE THE MEALS?
No, you don't have to prepare the meals. Tuesday Foods delivers ready-to-eat and read-to-reheat meals to your doorstep. The most meal prep you will need to do is heating up a meal like one of our nourishing soups, drizzling dressing or sprinkling superfood toppings.
HOW HEALTHY ARE YOUR PLANT-BASED MEALS?
All our plant-based meal recipes are reviewed and approved by our in-house nutritionist. That means you get a bag full of meals you can feel truly good about eating.
ARE YOUR prepared MEALS Vegan, ORGANIC, NON GMO, GLUTEN FREE, & DAIRY FREE?
All our meals are vegan! We use organic ingredients for everything that we can source. The same goes for non-GMO ingredients. Our kitchen is a gluten-free environment and we don't use any dairy in your meals. You will, however, regularly find delicious dairy alternatives in your meals.
DO YOU SOURCE INGREDIENTS LOCAL TO Denver & Colorado?
Yes, as much as possible. Our kitchen is based in Boulder and we source from organic farms around Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range. When we can't get local ingredients in the winter, we use the freshest, choice organic produce and ingredients.
CAN YOU DELIVER FOR A FAMILY IN Cherry Creek?
